At M.2.O, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all governorates across Egypt.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Cairo & New Cairo: 1–3 business days.
- Other Governorates: 2–5 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.
Orders Outside Cairo
For orders shipped outside Cairo and New Cairo, M.2.O may require a partial advance payment (deposit) or other shipping arrangements before dispatch.
The required deposit amount and shipping arrangements will be confirmed by the M.2.O customer support team during order confirmation.
Orders that require a deposit will only be processed and shipped after the deposit has been received and confirmed.
M.2.O reserves the right to determine whether a deposit is required based on the order details, order value, delivery location, or previous order history.
Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including the correct delivery address and phone number.
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, M.2.O cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges.
Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted shipping partners, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier operations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
M.2.O is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Order Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged or the delivered item does not match the confirmed order, it may be refused immediately before accepting the shipment.
