Refund & Exchange Policy
At M.2.O, we are committed to providing premium-quality products and ensuring every customer enjoys a reliable shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or different from the ordered product, it may be refused immediately at the time of delivery without any financial obligation.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in case of an incorrect size.
To be eligible for a size exchange:
- The exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Shipping fees for size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
Please note that exchanges are not available for changes of mind, color preference, or any reason other than selecting the wrong size.
Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The wrong item was delivered.
To qualify for a refund:
- The refund request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect or issue must be provided.
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Once your return request is approved, the product must be sent back to M.2.O for inspection.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received by M.2.O and successfully passes our quality inspection. No refund will be issued before the returned item arrives at our facility and is inspected.
If the returned item does not meet the conditions stated in this policy, including signs of use, damage after delivery, missing tags, or missing original packaging, M.2.O reserves the right to reject the refund request.
For approved cases, M.2.O will provide the most appropriate solution, which may include:
- Full Refund
- Product Replacement
- Size Exchange (if applicable)
If the refund or replacement is approved due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent by M.2.O, all return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by M.2.O.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size after a completed size exchange.
- Color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without their original tags or packaging.
How to Request an Exchange or Refund
To request an exchange or refund, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or videos (if reporting a defect).
- A brief description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
Every order is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets M.2.O’s quality standards.
